Tips : Ramadhan Almost here

Ramadhan almost here...... Prepare to clean yourself, keep stamina and reduce useful activities

I give any tips although Ramadhan don't tired and search negative thinking!!

Tips :
1. During Sahur (suffer) drink suplement after eat your food.
2. Clean your mouth with mouthwash after brush tooth.
3. Jogging minimum 10 minute before activities.
3. Don't think about negative thinking (make your mad,sad and anymore),thinking your boy/girlfriends (make a lot of sin and lush).
4. Don't think about delicious food (because this is lush, and make your hungry) until breakfast.
5. You can do positive think or can do religion activities during Ramadhan.
6. Take a rest during 15 minute (restore your body during work hard)
7. At the breakfast, don't drink anymore before drink a mineral water (restore lost ion in your body)
8. eat date or any fruit then eat enough  (don't leftover)

This my tips during Ramadhan!!
