1. Usually, don't eat spicy, acid food and junk food. because this food reduce and miss pure voice and your
voice feel bother, Most better are health food actually fruits contains a lot of water.
2. Enough take a rest and train your voice with respiration (hold your breath during 5 second). And you can do it for reduce a nervous.
3. Keep your stamina, and reduce falsetto such as:
- Train your voice once time minimum Basic tone scale until your voice will pure.
- Usually, Don't be tired until insomnia.
- Reflexion and take a rest (don't snore)
4. Although your voice train rare, Try your train voice with speak fluently, respiration and silent (if speak unnecessary).
This my tips from resouce, reserch, and public opinion too.
I'm try my voice always pure,and healthy.
